The IGT® Enzyme Plus Library Prep Kit V3 is a universal enzymatic digestion-based DNA library construction kit. Optimized and upgraded from previous versions, this kit minimizes error-prone repair and ligation steps, resulting in a significantly lower Artifact rate. Through a one-step process of DNA fragmentation, end repair, and 3'-dA tailing, followed by adapter ligation, it enables the construction of libraries compatible with sequencing platforms such as Illumina or MGI.

The IGT® Fast Library Prep Kit v2.0 is a universal double-stranded DNA library construction kit suitable for samples such as cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and FFPE DNA. Based on the A-T ligation principle, this kit features a streamlined workflow and is designed for whole-genome and probe-based hybrid capture library construction using 1–500 ng of DNA. By ligating corresponding library adapters, it enables sequencing on high-throughput platforms like Illumina or MGI. Additionally, when paired with molecular barcode technology (UMI), it meets the needs for detecting low-frequency mutations in cfDNA.

IGT® Long-Read Tagment DNA Library Prep Kit

02 Product Introduction:

The IGT® Long-Read Tagment DNA Library Prep Kit is a reagent kit for constructing long-fragment DNA libraries using the transposase method. It can be used to build genomic libraries starting with 1 μg of DNA. It offers a long-fragment library construction solution for genomic structural variations (such as deletions, inversions, and translocations) that are difficult to accurately detect in second-generation sequencing, as well as genes with high complexity (pseudogenes, repetitive regions). The constructed libraries can be used for whole-genome library sequencing or target region hybridization capture sequencing in third-generation sequencing.

The IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit is a universal single-stranded DNA library construction kit. It enables the preparation of methylation libraries and genomic libraries starting from 1 ng to 50 ng of DNA. The constructed libraries can be further used for target region hybridization capture sequencing or direct sequencing. During methylation library construction, bisulfite treatment can cause severe DNA damage, fragmentation, and strand separation. Additionally, low-quality or highly degraded DNA often contains abundant single-stranded DNA. The IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit enables adapter ligation for single-stranded DNA, significantly improving the utilization of original DNA molecules and enhancing library complexity. This kit demonstrates remarkable advantages in constructing methylation libraries and genomic libraries from low-input samples.

For the MGI platform, it offers a total of 384 UDI sequences with unique Index numbers. For the Illumina platform, it provides 384 8nt UDI sequences and 768 10nt UDI sequences, meeting the sample pooling requirements for ultra-high data output per lane on high-throughput sequencing platforms. For customers with extremely high sample volume needs, we also offer two specifications of Illumina platform CDI sequences, supporting up to 4,608 samples per lane.
