Diagnostic technologies such as liquid biopsy and non-invasive prenatal screening (NIPT) require efficient collection of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from complex biological samples. Studies show that cfDNA concentrations vary significantly across different life stages and health conditions. Through continuous parameter adjustment and model testing, iGeneTech’s R&D team has successfully developed a novel cfDNA extraction kit. The Enhanced Magnetic Bead Method Large-Volume Cell-Free DNA Extraction Kit uses a uniquely effective binding solution and optimized magnetic bead particles to isolate and purify high-quality cell-free nucleic acids from 1 mL to 4 mL volumes of plasma, serum, and other samples. Its enhanced lysis buffer improves extraction yield and purity, adapts to automated processing of large-volume samples, and supports high-throughput automated purification.

Pathogen Extraction Kit
01 Product Introduction
The Magnetic Bead Method Pathogen DNA/RNA Co-Extraction Kit is designed for isolating and purifying DNA and RNA from various biological liquid samples (e.g., bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, blood, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid, swab eluates) and microbial cultures. The kit combines mechanical grinding technology to effectively disrupt microbial cell walls with nanomagnetic bead technology for nucleic acid enrichment and separation. Specific washing buffers remove proteins, salts, and other impurities, enabling rapid nucleic acid extraction. The purified nucleic acids are suitable for multiple molecular biology applications, including PCR, quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR), metagenomic library construction, and combined DNA/RNA library preparation.
Magnetic Bead Method Pathogen DNA/RNA Co-Extraction Kit (Host Depletion)
This kit efficiently removes host nucleic acids from various biological liquid samples. Its lysis buffer is specifically formulated to lyse host cells while preserving microbial cell integrity, minimizing damage to microbial nucleic acids. Leveraging nanomagnetic bead technology, the kit enriches and purifies microbial nucleic acids, supporting DNA and RNA extraction methods with or without host nucleic acid removal. The purified nucleic acids are suitable for diverse molecular biology applications, including PCR, quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR), metagenomic library construction, and microarray technology.
