01 High-precision transfer
The IGT-AS12 offers a high-precision pipetting robot with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm. With single-channel and 8-channel dual pipettes that can be automatically switched online, it can be adapted to 50 μL and 200 μL pipetting tips at the same time, and 1 μL pipetting CV ≤ 5%, meeting the needs of high-precision NGS experimental procedures with up to 16 reactions in a single experimental throughput.
For higher throughput laboratory testing needs, the IGT-AS12 also offers an upgraded solution for a 24-channel pipette with up to 48 reactions in a single experimental throughput.
02 Flexible collocation
IGT-AS12 provides 12 standard board positions, standard mechanical grippers, and four optional function modules: temperature control module, magnetic separation module, oscillation module, and thermal cycling module. According to the needs of the experiment, it can be flexibly matched with various functional modules, adapters and ice box adapters to fully meet the needs of different NGS gene capture experimental steps such as concentration homogenization, reagent preparation, magnetic bead purification, PCR reaction to library mixing.
The IGT-AS12 design is fully optimized so that the pipette does not occupy the number of plates, and the thermal cycling module only needs to occupy 1 plate position, providing a higher effective plate count.

The software interface is simple and intuitive, supports drag-and-drop operation, and the operation software provides intelligent process construction solutions, supports customized processes, and fully meets the needs of complex and changeable personalized use.
The operating software is preset with tried-and-tested universal procedures and templates, and provides the standard experimental procedures of the fully validated iGeneTech full range of gene capture kits, which are seamless and easy to use.
04 Comprehensive safety design
The equipment is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps as standard and optional HEPA high-efficiency filters to fully meet the needs of experimental cleanliness. At the same time, it is equipped with specially designed electromagnetic door locks and emergency stop buttons as standard to fully protect the personal safety of equipment and users.
Automated upgrade protocol for targeted sequencing laboratories
IGT-AS12 is designed according to the NGS gene capture experimental process, which is suitable for the automation upgrade of most NGS experimental procedures on the market. It meets the whole process of library construction, meets the experimental needs of the whole process of library construction from concentration homogenization, reagent preparation, magnetic bead purification, PCR reaction to library mixing, and fully meets the automatic upgrade needs of various gene capture experiments such as whole genome construction, whole exome formation library, multiplex amplicon library construction, transcription composition library, hybridization capture and so on.

IGT-AS12 also provides an upgrade scheme for 24-channel pipettes to meet the experimental needs of library construction, magnetic bead purification and elution of single-round experiment 48 reactions.
IGT-AS12 can save users up to 90% of manual operation time, completely freeing up manpower. At the same time, the measured data of the TargetSeq® hybridization capture experiment using IGT-AS12 for 8 samples (below) show that IGT-AS12 can comprehensively reduce the variability introduced by manual operation and greatly improve the stability of the experiment.
