High-Precision Pipetting
IGT-AS12 provides a high-precision pipetting robotic arm with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm. Equipped with an online switchable single-channel and 8-channel dual pipettor, it can accommodate 50 μL and 200 μL pipette tips. With 1 μL pipetting CV ≤ 5%, it meets the high precision required for NGS experimental processes, supporting up to 16 reactions per run.
To meet higher throughput laboratory testing needs, IGT-AS12 offers an upgrade option with a 24-channel pipettor, supporting up to 48 reactions per run.
Flexible Configuration
IGT-AS12 offers 12 standard plate positions and comes standard with mechanical grippers. It provides four optional functional modules: temperature control, magnetic separation, shaking, and thermal cycling modules. According to experimental needs, various functional modules, adapters, and ice box adapters can be flexibly configured to fully meet the requirements of different NGS gene capture experimental steps, from normalization, reagent preparation, magnetic bead purification, PCR reactions to library mixing.
IGT-AS12's design is fully optimized; the pipettor does not occupy plate positions, and the thermal cycling module only occupies one plate position, providing a higher number of effective plate positions.

The software interface is simple and intuitive, supporting drag-and-drop operations. The operating software offers intelligent process design solutions and custom workflows, fully meeting the complex and changing personalization needs.
The software presets universal processes and templates that have undergone rigorous verification and provides standard experimental procedures for all iGeneTech® gene capture kits, ensuring seamless connection and ease of use.
Comprehensive Safety Design
The equipment comes standard with a UV sterilization lamp and offers an optional HEPA high-efficiency filter to fully meet the cleanliness requirements of experiments. Additionally, it comes with specially designed electromagnetic locks and an emergency stop button to ensure the comprehensive safety of the equipment and users.

Designed based on NGS gene capture experimental processes, the IGT-AS12 is suitable for the automation upgrade of most NGS experimental processes on the market. It meets the full process of library construction, covering normalization, reagent preparation, magnetic bead purification, PCR reactions, and library mixing. It fulfills the automation upgrade requirements for whole-genome library construction, whole-exome library construction, multiplex amplicon library construction, transcriptome library construction, hybrid capture, and other gene capture experiments.
