Tn5 transposase can bind insertion sequences in vitro, cut any double-stranded nucleic acid sequence, and then attach the insertion sequences bound by Tn5 to its ends. This characteristic of Tn5 has been widely applied in the construction of whole genome, metagenome, and metatranscriptome libraries[1]. The IGT™ Tagment DNA Library Prep Kit, newly launched by iGeneTech, is a Tn5 transposase library preparation kit that completes DNA fragmentation, end repair, and adapter ligation in one step, making the process simple and only requiring 1.5 hours for complete library construction.
Program Overview
In plant and animal research, targeted capture sequencing technology can be used for molecular marker development, trait screening, strain identification, germplasm relationship analysis, and for population genetics and evolutionary analysis using conserved sequences of species. iGeneTech®️ has independently developed TargetSeq®️ hybrid capture sequencing technology, capable of designing probes for any target region in plant and animal genomics capture sequencing. Paired with the transposase library preparation kit, universal blocking sequences for transposase libraries, and universal Post PCR Primers among other related kits, iGeneTech provides a one-stop solution for plant and animal transposase library preparation and capture sequencing to enterprises, research institutes, and others.
Program Features
Efficient and cost-effective transposase library preparation: The IGT™ Tagment DNA Library Prep Kit is a transposase-based DNA library preparation kit for the Illumina platform, suitable for constructing genomic libraries starting from 50 ng of DNA. The constructed library can be used for whole-genome sequencing or targeted region hybrid capture sequencing. Using in vitro transposition technology, the kit completes DNA fragmentation, end repair, and adapter ligation in just 10 minutes, significantly shortening the library preparation time to less than 1.5 hours while achieving excellent sequencing quality.
Product Advantages
Quick and easy: Complete DNA fragmentation, end repair, and adapter ligation in one step, simplifying the experimental operation.
High throughput: Offers 96 * 12 CDI sequences for customer selection to meet the needs of mixed samples with ultra-high data output in a single lane.
Flexible and efficient: No need for ultrasound fragmentation, can adapt to automated liquid workstations.
