iGeneTech has long been dedicated to the development and supply of target gene "read" and "write" technical solutions. In terms of automated and manual experimental operations, different sample fluxes, Illumina and MGI platform gene capture experiments, the laboratory has extensive experience, and the cumulative sample volume of gene capture sequencing has exceeded 200, 000 cases.
Meanwhile, the laboratory is equipped with various high standard automated sample processing systems, automated library preparation systems, and mainstream high-throughput sequencing platforms such as DNBSEQ-T7 to meet the diverse demands of customers for gene capture experimental testing. On November 11, 2017, iGeneTech released the independently developed AIExome® Human Exome Panels. iGeneTech can provide low-cost, high-performance, and short-cycle detection services with AIExome® Human Exome Panels, which support the detection of whole blood, fresh/frozen tissue, FFPE, cell, bone marrow, joint fluid, etc., and supporting Illumina and MGI platforms. AIExome® series products have been updated to V3 version and are available in three versions: the core version, inherited version and tumor version. It also supports semi-customization to meet different customer demands and can be widely used in various research and disease diagnosis practices.
