Immune Repertoire Panels are developed based on MultipSeq® multiplex amplicon technology and cover V/D/J genes in CDR3 regions of TCRα/γ/δa nd BCR IgH/Igκ/Igλ chains.
It offers a more sensitive, complete and simple approach to understand the status of immune repertoire, and can be used in tumor immune mechanism research, discovery of autoimmune disease markers, Minimal Residual Disease monitoring (MRD), antibody research and development, drug usage and vaccine evaluation, etc.

Primers are specifically designed for both ends of V and J regions of CDR3 to amplify CDR3 regions for a comprehensive coverage.
Multiple PCR technique was used to achieve equivalent amplification of different clones.
Panels are currently available for human, mouse and rat, and open to customization for other species.
